- Defined and implemented the ISIT security policies in relation with the executive management
- Elaborated and run a risk assessment process (based on MEHARI methodology from CLUSIF)
- Run regular vulnerabilities and penetration testing (Nessus, Metasploit, Nikto, Backtrack/Kali...), define and coordinate security remediation plan
- Initiated a security awarness program based on an Managed Elearning platform (SENSIWAVE) from Conscio-Technologie (http://www.conscio-technologies.com/)
