This includes overall management of in-house and third party customer service (contact center) operations, on behalf of U.S. and Canadian Consumer Affairs and Colgate Oral Pharmaceutical division. Responsible for driving excellent business results, and serve as a Senior Member of Global Consumer Affairs leadership team and strategic partner to all internal and external business partners.
