I always try to take a view of information on its journey from creator (author) to consumer (reader) and back again. I focus on the core issues of course, but I keep in mind that today's minority interests can become tomorrow's core issues (cf. the Internet in about 1992). My objectives are to provide the best-possible information resource for the scientists I serve - I want them to be bathed in a rich sea of information - and to save their time whenever possible by providing helpful services.
