A self motivated bioinformatician with experience in bacterial genomics, especially in using genome sequencing and ~omics to study novel bacterial pathogens: their etiology, epidemiology, and evolution over time. Am fluent in English and able to work collaboratively in multi-department organizations. Can work responsibly in high performance computing servers. Am nearly graduating with a PhD in bioinformatics and looking to work in a versatile research environment, preferably, within pharmaceutical R&D or Biomedical Research Institutions.
