Armed with Nitec in Pastry and Baking from the local ITE West College, Chef Jack has stored for himself a massive amount of expertise before, while and after graduation. While training in school, he exposes himself working at prestigious kitchens such as Mondo Mio, Relish by Wild Rocket under Chef Willin Low and Chef Munkah.
He represented College West Pastry and Baking to take part in California Raisins Dessert Plating Contest 2009.
He has been presented with amazing opportuniti
