Facilitate leadership development with community members through one-on-one meetings, sub group organization meetings, and programming. Leadership development activities include but are not limited to: informal and formal events and discussions, Leadership Summits, Seminars, Workshops, Redefining Community Experience and Service First.
Maintain tangible links and relationships with communities and others through the design and distribution of newsletters, brochures, LGBT websites, and other publications focused on the LGBT community.
Serve as a resource, advocate and representative to the AP as requested on LGBT issues.
