• Vendor Management: work with H-1 vendors and other vendors to recruit top consultants
• Relationship Management: Work with clients to develop job descriptions, post to job boards and develop new business for the firm
• Candidate Presentation: Present to the hiring managers summarizing degree of match, candidate competencies & expectations.
• Full Cycle Recruitment: for professional-level IT positions.
• Source candidates via complex Boolean searches, database mining, job boards. ATS, social media & personal networking
• Offer Negotiation: Work with both clients & candidates to develop salary or pay rates considering market rates & internal equity.
