THE GOAL ; Take 100 million homes off the GRID. 50 Million within ten years. THE PLAN: Have a weekly $1 dollar national lottery. $1 Billion tickets per week would generate 40,000 winners/week. 40,000 people would be going "off the grid" every week.
Winners would be issued a $25,000 fully transferrable voucher that can be used for any energy generating product or "Green" appliances. Here would be a typical scenario.
If I were to win a $25,000 voucher, I would use it to install Solar in my home which costs around $16,000. The balance of $9,000, I would buy "energy green" appliances.
