Gary has worked at Convergys since 2001 when they acquired Geneva Technology. He joined Geneva in the UK in 1999. During this time Gary has had various roles which included Training Manager, Head of Geneva Center of Expertise (NA), Senior Sales Engineer, Director of Sales Communications and Automotive CMG Group and Director of Solutions Management NA IMG.
