1. Review and analyse Office 365 technical issues ,resolved by Microsoft engineers. Especially for Exchange Online cases. We analyse both symptom and root cause of a specific case and report the data to Microsoft Supportability Programme Manager team in the US.
2. Act as Exchange technical backbone in the team, deliver workshop and technical training on Exchange Online advanced features such as Hybrid deployment, Exchange migration, and Identity federation in Office 365 with hands on labs.
3. Mentoring new hires and interview candidates for the team.
