Executive Trainer: Facilitates the Assistant Store Manager Training Program with emergent leaders of Walmart. The program is a six week leadership program, where the primary goal is to help new leaders emerge confident and ready to lead in their stores. The program includes management, coaching, evaluations, individual and group development, routines, fresh, recognition, conflict management, delegation and many other topics. Since being in the Pacific Division, I personally trained 650+ Assistant Managers for Walmart.
