Project managing the Alliance Health+ Rheumatic Fever contracts funded by the Ministry of Health (over 4yrs) to implement services to high risk populations in Auckland (Pasifika) on how to prevent and/or treat Rheumatic Fever:
(1) sore throat clinics through primary care
(2) education, health literacy and awareness raising with Pasifika communities
(3) improved healthy housing via the AWHI housing hub which provides housing assessments, and solutions such as free insulation etc.
