Main responsibilities as member of the board:
- Work out a future proof ICT strategy and start with implementing the foundations.
- Define the future roles and structure to support the ICT strategy.
- Work out a project management methodology and start with implementing the foundations.
Due to the first positive results and progress, the assignment was extended from 2 days per week to a full time role, as of 1 March 2015. This while adding the following responsibilities on top:
- Program Manager and Sponsor: Digital Strategy (Defining and Implementing)
- Program Manager: ICT Operational Readiness
- Hierarchical leading the different ICT teams
