Exxon mobil ($59 Million), We build Onshore export Pipeline along 72KM include with Telecommunication backbone(Fiber Optic). and after Construction Phase I should in charge to Telecommunication System Owner that arrange and do Static Commissioning complete with system description and Comm Procedure before Hand over to MCL (Exxon Mobil) ,
