Responsible for working with business unit leaders to lead the deployment of Lean , Six Sigma and Maintenance and Reliability Excellence across 16 plants. Provide leadership and direction to project management resources (MBB's , LSSBB's and Lean Practictioners) , develop and deliver LSS training and also provide policy deployment support for the achievement of SQDIP targets.
