I lead the business analytics function at Capital One Labs. We try to answer questions like what insights can data and analytics provide during every stage of developing consumer tech and data products, and how to put technology and human centered design together to create products to improve people's lives and deliver business values.
Capital One Labs is an internal tech incubator within Capital One with the mission of reimagining banking by empathy and technology. We experiment, build, and ship products to Capital One's 65 million customers, and beyond.
