Key responsibilities
• Define and deliver solution implementations as appropriate
• Core Infrastructure solutions
• Converged infrastructure solutions
• Responsible for estimation of installation, configuration for an infrastructure solution
• Provide technical support for escalated or critical issues
• Provide proactive highly available systems and monitoring of said systems
• Provide our of hours on-call cover
• Ensure scalability of the infrastructure, anticipate growth and plan to address it ahead of need
