As an employee of a global telecommunication systems & solutions vendor for more than 12 years, I currently work as a Professional Scrum Master in Software Development Services department. Being a SW engineer of numerous complex telecom and IT projects distributed in several sites, I used to spend most of my energy on building well crafted software.
