My passion is to apply IT and coach people. I studied Industrial Design Engineering at Delft Technical University and graduated in 1986. At Hoogovens, Corus and now Tata Steel I enjoyed various IT consultancy and IT management roles. In my current role I am responsible for the IT solutions for the Sales & Marketing function within Tata Steel Europe. We successfully implemented the first module of a CRM solution, account planning and are about to implement the next module, customer meeting reports.
