My job position in Construction Management Department from OMV Petrom Romania, Exploration and Production, Upstream Site, was involved from the beginning in creating and develop a Quality Manual, through a multi-disciplinary team, and to be implemented immediately to all projects, especially in execution phase: detail design, fabrication, pre-construction, construction, pre-commissioning, etc.
The scope of this manual was to raise the level of quality and to control in a proper way (quality) the execution of the project(s), due to needs of the company and the requirements from the start of the project(s). The main stages where I was involved:
