I spent a large part of my career working as a Program and Project Manager (IPMA Prince2) in complex Change Management Projects (PROSCI) in Italy and at an international level. I worked on assignments for several international companies in a variety of functional areas such as marketing & sales, logistics, operations, accounting and IT. I speak five languages fluently and have delivered training in all five of them for culturally diverse audiences. I'm a certified ICF Coach and believe in people capability to find in themselves all what they need to succeed. I have delivered training in several countries for multinational companies such as Tiscali, Wuerth, Enel, Oracle and Ferrari.
