I am a qualified human factors engineer with extensive international experience across a range of industries and the first certified ergonomist in New Zealand in 2000.
My strength lies in my ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organisation to find the weak points within operational systems. My focus is to create equipment, process and systems that are more resilient to human error. The core of this approach is the application of a 5-step process that identifies the physical and cognitive requirements of the user population and then integrates them through operational environments.
