As an agile coach, my goal is to help build teams that are extremely effective, flexible, and auto-guided to constantly improve their peformance using different agile methods toward the client needs and the project objectives.
I have a solid background in software development, having worked for years as a developer, team leader and project manager, mainly Java/JEE in 'core business' projects, for clients like Petrobras, TV Globo, Monsanto and mobile systems for Odebrecht, Syngenta and SulAmerica Health.
I finished my Computer Engineer degree in 2000, and became specialized in Technological Innovation Management in 2010, both by Unicamp.
