The vision is to further develop and distribute tools and methodologies, which will help our customers to harness serendipity in their everyday activities. The focus is in three levels: on individual, community and institutional level. The toolkit consists of various elements including "Harnessing serendipity" workshops for individual and community level , introduction and facilitation of Serendipity Management principles and tools for organizational and institutional levels and supporting knowledge creation and idea exchange within communities.
