Since 10/2009, I am working as Senior Support Engineer, working as CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) L2 support, provision and automation for Voip Accounts for US, CA and Latin America regions, among many other roles.
Before this, I was hired in 10/2006 by a Sun V.A.R. & Partner, focused in the support of Sparc and x86 Platforms, writing procedures for attention and customer configuration management, including to create, design, document and proof procedures for datacenter relocation. I was focused in wide/mid-sized datacenter migration projects, as coordinator and infrastructure engineer, with 30+ successful projects.
