Over the past ten years I became the go to person in respect of most of the major Group-wide Programmes of change within the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group when mobilising the leadership teams, creating the governance environment, leading the planning and/or providing the necessary controls and assurance activities to meet the Programme risk appetite set by the Executive.
