My professional journey in the world of higher education (specifically in student affairs) began when I accepted a Residential Peer Leader role at my alma mater, Brown University; for three years, I served in roles comparable to a resident assistant in residence halls of 100-200 students at Brown and for two of those years mentored teams of new RPLs as a Residential Peer Leader Representative.
