Greg's article this week addresses the change in people's mindsets as a result of COVID. He advocates that a change in how people want to be sold has been in process for years but was greatly accelerated by the stress and uncertainties precipitated by the pandemic. It's no longer about convincing people to buy as much as giving them the information they need to make a buying decision easy. Amazon is the master of making it easy to buy rather than trying to sell you on anything. It's a lesson we should all learn if we expect to prosper, maybe even survive, in the months ahead.
