I love what I do. I help people learn digital and social media as manager of Cisco鈥檚 Digital Training and Certification program. Using my experience in technical writing, storytelling, and having completed much of my own education online, I revel in crafting training courses that help learners understand and adopt key concepts, tasks, and strategies.
