Before I was working for IBM ITS Consulting in Switzerland, focusing on cloud based IT service delivery. Additionally I got sound experience in many service management aspects and I'm certified for ITIL V3 (Expert) and V2 (Service Manager). In my projects I usually acted as a service management consultant, solution architect and/or project leader.
