I have over 8.5+ years of experience in the BPO Industry. Currently working with Infosys BPO since the last 7.5 years out of which the last 6 years of work experience is predominantly with the Retail / CPG Domain. I am currently associated with an account who is a leading US Retail/CPG giant.
Prior to Infosys BPO I was working with Bay Area Credit Service (an HOV company) for a period of 10 months serving 3rd party collection activity for US leading Health & Telecom provider.
