One of the most special parts of friendship to me is believing in your friends no matter what. When I came out of the psychic closet, some of my friends turned away from me because of what I had become. Obviously, I had always been the same but their perception of me altered. Because I had kept my secret with only little hints of my abilities, my professed friends thought I had changed. They didn鈥檛 ask if I had changed. They took it for granted and left the friendship.
