Under SME Competitiveness Grant Scheme, Europe Aid/133587/C/ACT/BD, Bangladesh Argo-processors' Association(BAPA):
1) Administrative and logistic management of the training Institutes.
2) Both in house & field demonstration programs development on Aggro- SMEs, food processing, entrepreneurship development for capacity building including MSMEs, backward &forward linkages, Supply Chain Management(SMC),marketing interventions,value addition, quality control & related issues.
3)Facilitate training schedules,lesion plans, resource persons,develop & supply of training materials,corresponding with participants, pre & post evaluation of training programs& reporting.
