I'm the Junior Manager-Shift Lead for Fauji Fresh & Freeze Limited (FFFL), the first Pakistani Company to introduce Frozen IQF products. In this role I manage the ripening of Mango for fresh and frozen purpose. Also lead the processing of IQF French Fries and repacking different products.
Before joining FFFL, I worked as Visiting Lecturer-Horticulture at two Universities; Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture Multan & Ghazi University DG Khan and was lucky enough to work with well experienced senior Professors and colleagues.
I have an M.Sc (Hons) degree in Postharvest Horticulture. I鈥檓 truly passionate & honest about my work and always eager to learn new experiences & ideas.
