I am a user experience consultant with a passion for innovation. I have over 5 years experience in top tier investment and retail banks such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays and ING. I worked on many key transformation projects and developed solutions for various platforms such as mobile, web, desktop, wearable and ATM.
I can quickly grasp complex problems and translate these into clean, understandable technology solutions. One of my key achievements was at ING where the software transformation project of core banking was awarded 鈥淭he Best Experience Project鈥� during the World Usability Congress 2014.
