Dr Han Ei CHEW is the resident quantoid at RySense Ltd - a newly set-up research organization in Singapore.
He was most recently a research specialist at the United Nations University in Helsinki, Finland and a visiting scholar at the Singapore Internet Research Centre. His research focuses on the impact of technology on livelihoods, education, and social well-being particularly in developing countries.
