The Job involves coordination with Company's Business Development Managers based in US, Getting Requisitions of the BDM, Searching and submission of Good quality resumes with Quick turn around time to get more closures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the relationship with vendors and clients in getting some good requirements.
Sourcing resumes for the client requirements in dice or monster or computer jobs etc
Marketing our bench consultants for different client requirements.
Talking to the consultants over phone about the requirement and mailing them the requirement and finding that who is best fit for the requirement.
And submitting the consultant to the client requirements.
