• Responsible for leading a 600 strong Order Management Operation for SGS in India supporting the Dell order Management Account globally. • Scope of work covers all English speaking Geos globally resulting in ~1million transactions annually. • Ownership of all Service Delivery Metrics as enumerated in the contractual agreement with Client covering Timely & Qualitative performance delivery of laid down KPI’s & SLA’s. • Very high level of Client Engagement through a series of timely Business Reviews, Face to Face meetings etc. • Continuous Process Optimization through BPI & automation using Robotics wherever possible. • Responsible for the P&L of the account to ensure ...
