The document discusses adjusting the hue and saturation of an image layer using Photoshop's hue/saturation adjustment layers. Specifically, it mentions selecting the layer to edit, creating a new hue/saturation adjustment layer, and moving the hue slider to +180 to change the hue of the background layer only while leaving the model layer unaffected.

I then clicked the ¡°create a new

button¡± created a new layer in
which i could adjust the hue and
saturation of the image by moving
sliders from a menu which popped
up
I then changed the hue slider to
+180 which gave me my desired
effect for the background of the
image
This then gave me my desired
effect on the background and as I
had copied a section of the image
to a new layer it only affected the
back ground of the image and left
the model unaffected.
