Heather Furber is a pre-service English educator with a passion for the language learning process and its contributions to the holistic growth of students. This interest has led to her studying Japanese and Korean independently. During Heather’s experience in teaching and tutoring, she has made entertaining, personalised lesson content in an organised and accessible format. She is a team-centred worker, who strongly believes in encouraging and supporting her peers in order to create a welcoming environment for learning. She additionally has received training to provide structured support to learners with various learning barriers. On the side, she enjoys sketching and crocheting.
