During his 35-year career, Hector Eduardo has held management positions in Guatemala, Central America and the Caribbean; said positions include areas of Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Operations, Research & Development, as well as General Management in national and multinational companies.
Currently, Hector Eduardo is the Director of Operations for COGNOS 鈥擫eadership and Management Competency鈥�, consultant and representative in Guatemala for Ruelle Spelleken & Associates in Germany. His academic background includes Chemistry and Industrial Engineering Degrees by Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala; graduate studies in Packaging Engineering by New Jersey Institute of Tech
