Manages all aspects of the marketing process on assigned events. Develops a marketing plan based on the defined budget, negotiating/buying media schedules, creates promotional plans, overseeing the concept development and final execution of all materials, and developing and executing strategies such as grass roots marketing, electronic media, social media, signage and collateral. Monitors event sales, adjusts the marketing plan accordingly, prepares final closeout and documents strengths and opportunities of marketing campaign for the following year.
