At the moment I focus on our new innovation process, our value proposition and the execution of our forerunner strategy. I'm responsible for the new organization design to meet the needs of the rapid digitalization. Additionally I'm the co-owner of the XRM-project since 2011. We have renewed our core value creation processes, data standard and will now take in use Dynamics 2013 for the whole personnel.
