During 25 years working with weather and climate related topics I have gained experience in climate change studies, climate change adaptation and studies of extreme weather impacts in international and national R&D projects. I have participated as an invited expert in planning of ministry, regional administration and enterprise climate change strategies and programmes. I have authored ca. 30 peer reviewed scientific articles and ca. 100 other publications. I serve as the secretary of the national IPCC working group (2008-).
