He works in the cement industry business since 1967. Began his career at Ita煤 Cement Co.. During the first years he made his work stand out through innovation and research in Lab Chemistry an Process Engineering. Until middle 70鈥檚 he has held management positions in Quality Control and Production areas.
In 1978 he started to work for Votorantim Group, occupying the position of Technical Manager and later becoming Plant Manager at the Rio Branco Plant.
