Successful in leading negotiations for partnership between GVEP international and Financial institutions to increase access to finance for SMEs in Energy value chain in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda. Currently based in Kigali, Rwanda coordinating implementation of various projects related to increasing access to renewable energy among off-grid communities.
