Having a strong technical background and having evolved over project management into operations management, my earlier skills as being a true problem-solver (technical positions), having a "can-do" attitude and being service-oriented , improving service, availability and stability of IT services towards business owners/users which are the clients of any IT department, I strongly believe a no-nonsense approach which requires a healthy portion of "out of the box thinking", combined with an experienced helicopter view can make any IT environment stronger.
