I am working as MEA Network Integration Manager for RAN (GSM, WCDMA & LTE) in Alcatel-Lucent Egypt. Key Challenges: Developing global vision on the Wireless Mobile Market, drivers, needs, expectations and competitions, vision on the Corporate Strategy and wireless BU Position, Product Portfolio, Road maps, Products Evolution till EOL. Defining the wireless Strategy and Objectives in the cluster driven from the corporate and BU strategy and from the Deployment Team strategy.
