Accomplished manager with 27 years experience in FMCG, Civil Construction and manufacturing industry and 11 years dedicated role as Health and Safety & Environment manager.
I am a believer of Behavior Base Safety in construction industry. I have launched a customized BBS Safety module in Civil Construction industry for 16 month with mixed cultured nationals. So far it’s gained me realistic results with zero fatalities and no permanent disability injuries with TRIFR below 3 for million man hours worked.
