In 2013 I decided to move away from full time real estate listings and sales, and move towards consulting. It's a novel concept, but a simple one. Basically, I am no longer actively selling real estate.
Rather, I meet with clients to help them define their real estate goals. Then, I connect them to professionals who will make those goals a reality. I will also check in from time to time, to make sure my clients are satisfied.
